Hiring Optics is proud of the work accomplished over the past decade and extremely grateful to the clients and partners who have been part of that journey. After more than a decade in business, Hiring Optics is excited to announce a planned transition that has been in the works for several months. The video production work clients have come to rely on will continue under a new company, TJM media, led by Tim Moroski. Tim began as a videographer in 2016 with Hiring Optics and grew to become Creative Director and Partner, overseeing all client video production efforts.
Our clients are already familiar with Tim’s creative abilities, strong work ethic, and unique approach that makes the filming process both effective and enjoyable. He has been responsible for the creative direction, ex*****on, and delivery of Hiring Optics’ video projects, and that same approach will carry forward through TJM Media.
