Judy Bodenhamer had the opportunity to speak on Building a Winning Client Experience (CX) Strategy at the NSME (National Sales & Marketing Executives) Akron/Canton monthly event. A great group of professionals and the energy in the room was wonderful.
We explored practical ways to get started without overcomplicating it and how small, intentional shifts can create meaningful impact. Client experience isn’t a “nice-to-have”— it’s a growth driver!
