It's Election Time. Did you know each Soil and Water Conservation District in Ohio is governed by a five-member board of supervisors? Each supervisor is elected and serves a three-year term.

A key-turn site preparation contractor serves as a single point of contact, managing every phase of site preparation to ensure a seamless transition from existing conditions to new construction. Our recent project for Triversity Construction is a perfect example of how we bring that approach to life!

Our work began with the asbestos abatement of buildings scheduled for renovation and demolition, followed by the structural separation and demolition of the center portion of an existing building to accommodate future use. As part of this scope, we also completed the removal of several monitoring wells and an underground UST.

From there, we moved into the installation of site utilities, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm detention systems, to support the new mixed-use building. We are now wrapping up the final phase of work, which includes milling and paving associated with an AltaFiber reroute extending approximately 500 feet through three busy streets in Over-the-Rhine (OTR).

This project highlights the value of having one contractor oversee multiple phases of site preparation, coordinating complex scopes of work while keeping the project moving forward.

A special shoutout to our foreman, Will Diers and his crew , for doing an outstanding job leading the work on-site.

What a great event spending the day sponsoring and kicking off the “100 Mile Challenge” for CancerFree KIDS. This is an organization dedicated to eradicating cancer as a life-threatening disease in children by funding promising research.

The Challenge is a 30-day fitness and fundraising challenge in the month of September to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Conquer the Challenge by completing 100 miles in September and raising funds to fund life-saving childhood cancer research.

SES Big Dills took home 3rd in the Competitive Pickleball Tournament and Team SES took home 1st 🥇in the Recreational Tournament!! 🏓🏓👏🏼👏🏼

Sehlhorst finished munching down this North English 10-Million-Gallon Flat Bottom Ground Supported Tank for the Louisville Water Department. Another project completed safely and efficiently. A project of this nature takes careful planning, precise ex*****on, and an unwavering commitment to safety from start to finish.

Improvements to General James Taylor Park are now underway after Newport broke ground Monday on the $7.5 million project.
