S and S Confessions will promote a high level of well being through Christian counseling/Wellness coaching, health promotion, educational programming/workshops, and disease prevention education services in the Southeastern, Southwestern, and South Central Florida communities. We feel these are a good combination of services because as a person becomes interested in one aspect of a healthier lifestyle, it naturally leads to interest in other phases, and we feel the components we offer are part of a larger healthy lifestyle continuum.

What are you confessing over your life? Say this with us!

S&S Confessions

Today I confess that I will prosper and be in health, even as my soul prospers. God is strengthening me, renewing my mind, and filling my heart with peace. I will not be moved by fear, doubt, or discouragement, because the Lord is with me and His grace is sufficient for every season of my life.

Scripture: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1:2 KJV

Declare this with me today: I am blessed, I am covered, I am healed, and I am walking in God’s purpose for my life. Keep trusting God, keep speaking His Word, and keep believing that He is working all things together for your good.

S&S Confession | Jonah Edition

“Lord, even when I ran, You still called my name.”

Like Jonah, I’ve had moments when obedience felt too hard, and the assignment seemed too heavy. But even in the storm, God’s grace chased me down. 🌊

Today, I confess — I don’t want to run anymore. I want to respond.
Because when I stop running and start obeying, peace finds me again.

Today, I declare: The Word is working in my life! 🙌🏾📖

Even when I don’t see it, God’s Word is alive, active, and moving on my behalf. It’s healing what was broken, opening doors I cannot open, and shaping me into who He has called me to be.

“For the word of God is alive and active…” – Hebrews 4:12 ✝️

I confess today that the Word is working in me, through me, and for me! 💜

Stop being so predictable.
Stop being so contentious.
Stop being so critical.
Stop living stuck in your own head.

✨ Allow God to move.
✨ Allow Him to do exactly what He’s called you to do.
✨ Allow Him to flow through your life just as blood flows through your veins—warm, ready, and on fire for Him!

In Jesus’ name, let His Spirit guide, fill, and set you ablaze for His purpose. 🕊️

“I don’t just start with good intentions, I follow through with God’s help.”

Because faith without works is dead (James 2:17). It’s not enough to just say it — I will do it. My actions will line up with my prayers, and my consistency will show my commitment.
