We feel these are a good combination of services because as

a person becomes interested in one aspect of a healthier lifestyle, it naturally leads to interest in other phases, and we feel the components we offer are part of a larger healthy lifestyle continuum.

“Lord, even when I ran, You still called my name.”

Like Jonah, I’ve had moments when obedience felt too hard, and the assignment seemed too heavy. But even in the storm, God’s grace chased me down. 🌊

Today, I confess — I don’t want to run anymore. I want to respond.
Because when I stop running and start obeying, peace finds me again.

Even when I don’t see it, God’s Word is alive, active, and moving on my behalf. It’s healing what was broken, opening doors I cannot open, and shaping me into who He has called me to be.

“For the word of God is alive and active…” – Hebrews 4:12 ✝️

I confess today that the Word is working in me, through me, and for me! 💜

Stop being so critical.

✨ Allow God to move.
✨ Allow Him to do exactly what He’s called you to do.
✨ Allow Him to flow through your life just as blood flows through your veins—warm, ready, and on fire for Him!

Because faith without works is dead (James 2:17). It’s not enough to just say it — I will do it. My actions will line up with my prayers, and my consistency will show my commitment.
