What an impactful morning! 💜

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us today for “Compassion in Practice: A Palliative Care and Hospice Showcase for Aging Professionals.”

Our incredible panelists — including Kym Hance, whose words “End-of-life planning shouldn’t wait for end of life” truly resonated — led powerful conversations that reminded us of the importance of awareness, collaboration, and compassion in the care we provide to our aging population.

Thank you to our host, Hamilton Parc, for welcoming us into your beautiful space and helping create such a warm and meaningful experience.

Events like this are what SNRG is all about — connecting professionals, sharing resources, and learning together for the greater good.
