It almost looks like a black and white picture. Chambers only made the BZ for about 12 months. It's unusual to see them with a black enamel top - those were starting to be considered old fashioned by 1948.
This one is just waiting for my mover to arrive and bring it to its new home in the Midwest.

Here's an oddball I haven't seen before - a mid-Twenties Oriole stove (from Baltimore) that has 3 burners ON TOP of the oven and 2 next to it. The left cooktop is only 27" high and the right one is 43". I have no idea why they did it this way, but it would make a cool side stove or patio stove for someone now.

Unwrapping new inventory feels like Christmas morning - but you'd need a pretty big tree to have this 1950s O'Keefe and Merritt Bel-Air under it! Sometimes mistakenly called an Aristocrat or Town and Country, the Bel-Air has real presence (even in a room like this!).

The Chambers 4 burner (41C) was released as a budget model back in the 50s. Today it's sought-after by cooks who prefer a large power burner to the Thermowell.
