I’m Jax H**p, the founder of Dynamic HR Outsourcing.
I started this company because I saw firsthand how many small and growing employers were trying to navigate complex employment laws, employee issues, and compliance requirements without real HR support — not because they didn’t care, but because hiring a full-time HR professional simply wasn’t financially realistic.
Most of the employers I work with don’t call me when things are going well. They call when they receive a personnel file request, need to terminate an employee, respond to an accommodation request, or realize they may not be compliant with Illinois employment requirements. By that point, informal practices and unwritten policies can quickly turn into legal exposure.
Through Dynamic HR Outsourcing, I partner directly with business owners and leadership teams to implement practical, compliant HR processes that protect both their organization and their employees. My work focuses on helping small and mid-sized employers move from “we’ve always done it this way” to documented policies and procedures that support consistency, accountability, and defensibility.
I support employers across agriculture, tech startups, nonprofits, mental health and clinical settings, construction, restoration, and many more industries who need experienced HR guidance without the cost of an in-house department. Services include employee handbook development, workplace investigations, ADA accommodation processes, personnel file compliance, termination documentation, policy implementation, and all other full scope HR services.
Dynamic HR Outsourcing was built to give small employers access to compliance-driven HR support so they can focus on running their business — without worrying about whether their workplace practices align with current Illinois employment regulations.
