• Produce parts of varying complexity while maintaining quality and production requirements
• Perform quality checks on parts using measuring tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers, height gauge)
• Work from blueprints to prototype new parts and create permanent bend programs
• Load programs and tooling into brake press given a particular job
• Work from blueprints to produce a finished product, making program adjustments and corrections as needed
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• May on occasion be asked to train new brake press operators for alternate shifts
• May on occasion be asked to work in other areas of the shop depending on production demand
