This is the kind of energy we love to see! 🙌

One of our newest team members came in ready to learn, full of enthusiasm, and ready to jump right in! 💪

Even better, he made sure to give his trainer a shout-out for taking the time to teach him the ropes. ❤️

A great attitude, a great teammate, and a great start! This is what teamwork looks like. 👏

“Wait… hear me out.” 😄

Sometimes the best ideas don’t start in a meeting room — they start right on the floor with a conversation.

At MFT-CKF, teamwork means sharing ideas, asking questions, solving problems together, and learning from the people beside you.

Different perspectives. One team. One goal. Collaboration at work.

Beat the heat... it's a hot one for both our TX and IA plants. Grab a popsicle, sip plenty of water and stay hydrated. A little refreshment goes a long way - stay cool and take care of yourself!
