YES, it seems like we will have to file FINCIN Reporting for all LLCs by December 31, 2024.

We were all hoping it would be ruled unconstitutional (which it should), but most commentaries are saying that the US Supreme Court will rule that it is constitutional. Since it was an election year, Congress was mostly silent in 2024 and now the deadline is here.

Here is the website to start your ownership filing. You will be required to upload copies of ID's for ALL owners.
