Fine, kaolinitic, Typic Paleudults. Deep and very deep soils formed in old alluvium from the Holston River. Waynesboro cobbly. Other soils formed in residuum can also be found in close proximity. These soils are great for almost anything. Homesite check. Septic site check. Corn and soybeans check. In the late 1800s these were to***co soils.

Good thing I mapped this one in the winter time! This kudzu would have been a mess in the summer! 😆 Site prep is important. If sites are excessively overgrown it takes more time to map the property.
