From Class A office expansions to large-scale renovations, these projects have ranged from 11,000 to 53,000 square feet and continue to support Global Atlantic’s evolving workplace needs.

✈️ Big day on Wednesday for the Des Moines International Airport! DSM International Airport

On Wednesday, June 10th, the new Rental Car Center officially opens, making the rental car process easier and more convenient for travelers coming through DSM. 🚗✨

Congratulations to the Des Moines Airport team on this exciting milestone. We’re proud to see this project come to life and excited for the improved experience it will bring to passengers, visitors, and our community. 👏

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on who we are, how we show up in the market, and how our clients and partners experience working with us.

So I asked a simple question to contractors, designers, suppliers, and others we work alongside: how do you perceive Formation Group?

What came back meant a lot. We’re seen as more than an owner’s rep and more than a project manager. It’s not just about process. It’s about experience, communication, connections, and client relationships. 🤝

And honestly, that is exactly where we want to be.
