Formation Group was proud to serve as the Owner’s Representative for Modern Vision Solutions’ first Iowa location in West Des Moines. 👏

This 5,500 SF tenant improvement project brings a state-of-the-art eye care facility to the Des Moines metro, expanding Modern Vision Solutions beyond their Omaha headquarters.

The new space includes:
👓 A retail optical center
👁️ Dedicated ophthalmic evaluation rooms
✨ A fully equipped refractive eye surgery suite designed to support up to 7 different forms of eye correction surgery, including LASIK

We’re looking for volunteers! ✈️🚗

Formation Group is helping coordinate a simulation for the new Rental Car Center at the airport, and we need 20–30 volunteers to participate.

📅 Wednesday, May 27
📍 Airport Rental Car Center
🙋‍♂️ Volunteers needed: 20–30 people

This simulation will help test the flow, process, and overall experience before the facility is fully up and running. It’s a great way to be part of an important project and help make sure everything is ready for future travelers.

The new rental car center at the Des Moines Airport is all about making the travel experience simple, convenient, and easy to navigate. ✈️🚗

Once travelers land at DSM, the process is straightforward:
📍 Exit the gate area
🧳 Head down to baggage claim
🚪 Walk south to the last set of terminal doors
🚌 Cross to the rental car shuttle stop
⏱️ Take a quick 4-minute ride to the new rental car center

From the terminal to the road, every step was planned with the traveler in mind. Formation Group is proud to be part of progress that helps create a smoother experience for visitors, business travelers, and everyone coming through Des Moines. 👏

Progress continues at the Foster Group Headquarters project inside the Crescent Building. 🏗️✨

Drywall and insulation installation are moving forward across all phases, with ceiling framing also underway. Each step is bringing the space closer to the finish line, and the project remains on schedule as the team works toward the end-of-year move-in goal.
