Five days until I step onto the EntreFEST stage to share a story I never expected to be telling.

Pivoting for Impact: How Neurodiverse Leaders Drive Innovation

For most of my life, I thought I needed to work harder to fit into traditional systems. Instead, entrepreneurship taught me that thinking differently can be a superpower.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHD entrepreneur, I've learned that many of the traits associated with neurodivergence—pattern recognition, hyperfocus, creativity, curiosity, resilience, and seeing opportunities others miss—can become powerful drivers of innovation.

I'll be sharing my journey from building a custom upholstery business to launching a tech startup used in more than 20 countries, along with lessons on leadership, adaptability, and embracing the way your brain works.
