Our hard-working Vineyard Team, led by Vineyard Foreman, Jorge Alcazar, harvested the Petite Sirah this morning. Jorge, Aguida, Odelia, Yolanda, Alma, Homero, and Rocindo were all out early this morning picking these beautiful grapes. This Petite Sirah from our Brown Barn Block is so sweet, rich, and flavorful! To our Club Members: Make a reservation to pick up your September Wine Club selections and enjoy a tasting of the wines along with a special cheese and tasty nibbles pairing.

Lots of people ask this question: What makes an old vine an OLD VINE? Jim Rickards is here to answer that question and maybe dispel a few myths. BTW – our Brignole Vineyard was planted in 1908 so, yeah – that’s OLD and also still quite delicious. Cheers!
