A quick overview about me; First and Foremost I'm a Son of God and Jesus is indeed my Saviour and I live my life as such. I've been in management in one form or another for over 30 years. I've owned 7 of my own businesses and ran other folks businesses. I have been a licensed contractor since 1995 and have a superior knowledge of construction and business
management. I started my management career when I was just 21 years old in a local manufacturing company where I was a line supervisor and quickly moved up to plant manager. I left that career and started my lifelong career in the construction industry I serving as a Manager for a local remodel construction company where I learned most of my construction trade skills. I moved up to a construction & maintenance supervisor for a large local hospice care facility before focusing on my main trade of plumbing construction service and repair. At age 30 I became the exclusive Roto-Rooter Contractor for the Fresno County Franchise operation where I fully developed my expertise in Plumbing construction and underground work. In 2002 I became the General Manager for a large pier manufacturing company here in Fresno and remained until 2012 and subsequently opened a Manufactured Home construction division within that company that provided all phases of construction to several local & state wide communities. I have many years of experience in the plumbing and underground industry and I also have extensive knowledge of the residential construction remodel industry. in 2012 I chose to dive exclusively into the Manufactured Home Construction Industry primarily because of the involvement with the pier manufacturer I mentioned. I became deeply involved in the industry in regard to foundation engineering and the State of California requirements for testing and approval of the systems along with the proper utilization of those systems. I have trained many contractors and workers on the installation process of these systems and have consulted local government officials and inspectors state-wide on the interpretation of the engineering and installation of these systems. This has helped me become a leader in the Manufactured Home industry in California. I'm bringing my expertise to a brand new industry, the Tiny Home Industry. This movement has proven to be perfectly suited to my experience and expertise. With my experience in underground utility repair and replacement, Manufactured Homes, and all other trades of construction and government relations, I have come to a place where I able to help folks install the homes they desire without the frustrations of going through the government engineering and permitting and contracting processes. You'll find that my strongest asset is the ability to schedule and coordinate jobs, manage people and get through government Red-Tape and get the job done legally and successfully. I serve many for property owners and Home Builders in the western states and I pride myself on figuring out the best solution for each customer that I serve. I surround myself with top industry professionals to ensure the best service and success for my customers. I am truly committed to satisfying each and every customer on an individual basis. I don’t overbook my jobs, I focus on each customer’s needs and I stay focused on the customer until the job is complete. I continually strive to re-create myself and improve the level of skill and customer service to better myself and my companies.
