Founded in 1990 by husband and wife, John and Madge Kodras, and their son Patrick Kodras, JMP Business Systems provided mailing, shipping and business solutions to the Central Valley for over 25 years. Originally based out of the family’s home, the Kodras family was able to take over the Neopost® manufacturer’s contract to be the sole sales and service agent for this international manufacturer of

mailing systems. After acquiring the Hasler dealership from Frank Wilbur Company in January 2010, JMP remained the largest independent postage machine dealership in the San Joaquin Valley. With the acquisition of JMP by Summit Technology Affiliates and the name change to JMP Office Technologies, we have seen an increase in our infrustructure and our ability to continue to provide the highest levels of consulting and service to Central and Northern California Companies, Agencies and Organizations. We are seeking a Entry level B2B outside sales person who is driven, self-motivated to manage an established sales territory. You will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, pursuing leads in our database as well as discovering new prospects through traditional marketing techniques. While you will often collaborate with the sales team, you must be able to work independently. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic as displayed by a proven employment record, has the ability to think objectively and develop creative applications of our solutions to client and prospective client needs.

Qualifications

The Account Executive is a solutions / consultative sales role where you will be solving your client's business challenges by offering relevant and compelling software, hardware, and professional services solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to excel in a learning environment

Sales experience not required

Requires effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation) with internal and external customers.

Experience with CRM systems a plus

Strong proficiency in Word and Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to communicate with people

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain ongoing solid relationships with customer organizations at multiple levels.

Competitive customer marketing including tele-prospecting

Manage a portfolio of existing leases to ensure optimal upgrade/renewals

Work effectively with Service, Customer Service and other departments

Effective use of time management

Prepare and deliver effective presentations

Key Working Relationships:

Reports to Region Vice President

Collaborates closely with team members in sales, order care, service and customer service departments

Works closely with Solutions Specialists and Manufacturer's Support Personnel to advance sales opportunities

General Summary:
New Business Account Executive manages a list of assigned targeted new business accounts as well as identifies new business opportunities. They are responsible for targeting, accessing, penetrating, and assisting in the development of new business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Grow market share by creating pipeline and sales to new customers
● Develop relationships to drive revenue growth in a defined targeted geographic territory and/or prospect list.
● Increase JMP Office Technologies and Neopost USA products, solutions and software in newly acquired customer base through cross-selling and interdepartmental pe*******on
● Present JMP Office Technologies and Neopost USA as the expert in communications (physical and electronic), visitor and asset tracking, accounts receivable recovery, shipping, accounting and professional services based on the specific needs of the customer
● Become proficient in all hardware, software and professional services in order to bring in the proper resources to solve customer challenges and create ROI
● Accurately forecast weekly sales expectations
● Work with national Director of New Business Sales and Region Vice President and participate in sales meetings

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete all required Business Impact and Product Training Courses
● Practice the Business impact sales methodology
● Proficient in presenting the Neopost Value Proposition
● Create detailed sales Business Cases that follow company guidelines
● Achieve and exceed assigned quota described in individual compensation plan
● Utilize CRM for account portfolio management, pipeline management, scheduled activities and to record all sales opportunities
● Adhere to all company guidelines, practices, procedures

Education/Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University in Business/Marketing preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary $40K per year, plus commissions
Auto Expense reimbursement
Full benefits package available upon completion of 90 Day Probationary period
401K available upon completion of 1 year of employment
