Getting ready for the week, quick and easy.
In a jar scoop
🤍 1/3 rolled oats,
🤍 teaspoon chia seeds,
🤍fill with Freanna yoghurt

& refrigerate at least overnight. Easy nutritious breakfast to take on the go. Can top with fresh fruit 🍌🍓🙌

Freanna yoghurt, delicious plain
Blueberries
Dry quick oats
Milled flaxseed
Chopped almonds
Wheat gem
Pake’s homemade berry sauce
A dash of sugar in the raw
Absolutely delicious and great way to start the day! Feel full and have energy for hours. Happy Tuesday.

😷 Tired of all this sickness going on? Have you heard of elderberry and its ability to help kids (and adults) stay healthy and lessen symptoms when they do get sick? Check out this delicious elderberry blueberry yoghurt whip adapted from Kale and Caramel.

1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons elderberry syrup
1 cup Freanna yogurt, strained
Mix ingredients and serve on top of waffles, fruit or use it instead of whipped cream!
