From bat infestation to fully restored attic!

Our team was out in Holland, OH dealing with an active bat situation in a customer's attic. We safely evicted the bats using one way bat valves, then sealed up the roof line using Peak Protector along the ridge vent and securing the upper perimeter.
To wrap it up, we completed a full attic restoration by removing contaminated insulation, sanitizing the entire space, and blowing in new insulation up to code. Safe, clean, and fully sealed!

Tyler responded to a call for a bat inspection and removal today. The homeowners did a great job closing off the room, but the little guy was nowhere to be seen at first glance—until Tyler checked behind a picture frame on the wall! Bats can roost in tight, unexpected crevices as small as 3/8 of an inch, making them easy to miss if you don't know where to look. 🦇

Not every day on the job is an easy one.

While we love helping animals and resolving conflicts safely, wildlife management also means handling the tougher realities of nature. We recently received a call from a homeowner to remove the remains of a young fawn that had unfortunately gotten caught trying to jump this fence.

It’s a sad reminder of how close wildlife lives alongside us, but we're always glad to step in and handle the heavy, uncomfortable jobs so our community and homeowners don't have to.

BEFORE & AFTER 🏠💥

Our technician Tyler took care of a major entry point on this home. Squirrels, bats, and other animals were getting inside through a section of completely rotted fascia.

Tyler stripped out all the compromised wood, rebuilt the structural framing, and wrapped it with custom aluminum trim coil to secure the gutter line and prevent future water and animal intrusion. To completely secure the home, he also installed peak protectors, bat valves, custom louver vents, and executed a full upper perimeter exclusion.

Rotted wood replaced, entry points sealed, and the home is fully protected.

Another successful coyote set!
Late summer into early autumn is when adult coyotes begin taking pups out to teach them how to hunt, leading to more frequent sightings near human properties…even during daylight hours.
