It's a rough winter day in Kansas today. Roads are in terrible condition and it's cold. For some of us it creates a default slow day. For others it creates extra chores, required travel for essential work and for emergency responders, calls for help. Prayers for those who must be out and for those who can, please stay in. Use that slow time to reset before the next week. Stay safe Kansas.

1. Prioritized list that truly reflects what needs done before year end. Wrapping up.
2. Thoughtful consideration of goals for the new year. Think ahead.
3. Personal time with family and friends doing special things during a magnificent season. Be present.
4. Letting go of what wasn't really important or a good fit this year that constantly weighed you down. Free up your brain.
5. Reflecting on your impact. Recognize the difference you've made.

What say you? I'm in a 6.5 hour on-line training today, running through mid-day. The schedule involves a 15 minute break about every hour to 90 minutes, but no longer break close to what would be lunch. I do realize people are in time zones all across the US. But I think that is a really long time for a webinar to go on without at least one longer break. Thoughts?
