After a few incredible days in New Orleans for NACE Experience 2026, I'm heading home with ideas, new connections, and plenty of inspiration.

One of the things I value most about attending conferences like this is the opportunity to learn from some of the best event professionals in the country. Whether it's new technology, fresh approaches, or simply hearing how others are elevating the client experience, there's always something to bring back to Valley Creek Productions.

It was also an honor to represent the NACE Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey & Delaware, reconnect with friends from across the industry, and meet so many talented professionals who are passionate about creating unforgettable events.

Some love stories come full circle.

Diana and James first met aboard the Moshulu, and years later James returned to that very same place to propose. Last weekend, they celebrated the next chapter of their story surrounded by family and friends at the place where it all began. ❤️

From heartfelt vows to a packed dance floor, it was a beautiful Philadelphia waterfront celebration that we'll never forget.

Six months after a devastating fire forced Darlene's Wee Care 4 Kids in Upper Darby PA to close its doors, this incredible team is finally back home. While the fire itself never reached the daycare, extensive water damage displaced children, families, and staff for months.

Thanks to the support of the community and a lot of determination, they celebrated a well-earned grand reopening in a beautifully restored space.

We were honored to capture this special day as families, friends, and community leaders came together to celebrate a fresh start. Congratulations to Darlene and everyone who made this reopening possible we're excited to see the next chapter begin.

After 23 years together, Laura & Dominic finally said "I do" at the beautiful Stokesay Castle, surrounded by the family and friends who have been part of their journey every step of the way. ❤️

Had the opportunity to see the "Big Boy" train traveling through Tamaqua while camping in the Poconos this weekend. Union Pacific’s "Big Boy" is the world's largest and heaviest operating steam locomotive.

Built in 1941 to haul heavy freight over the Wasatch Mountains, it weighs 1.2 million pounds, measures 133 feet long, and generates about 7,000 horsepower. Today, only eight of the 25 originally built still exist and this is the only one that’s functional.
