Hi everyone, this is Kinley again 💛

Thank you all for your prayers, support, and understanding over the past few days. I wanted to share a quick update that I am currently hospitalized after doctors discovered a gallstone blocking my bile duct. I’ll be undergoing a procedure today to remove the blockage, and we’ll be discussing the next steps for gallbladder removal.

While I focus on recovery, Amanda will continue reaching out to customers with upcoming orders and will keep everyone updated on adjusted timelines as needed.

We appreciate your patience and support during this time. I can’t wait to get back home, get healthy, and return to creating for all of you. 🤍

Hi everyone, this is Kinley with Cobbs Creek Creations. 💕

I wanted to give everyone a quick update. I ended up in the ER last night with a gallbladder attack. Thankfully, my gallbladder is not infected, but it is full of gallstones. I’m currently resting and recovering while I wait to meet with a surgeon in July. By far the worst pain of my life (contractions were easier on me 🫣🫠)

With that being said, Amanda and I will be reaching out to customers who have upcoming banner orders to discuss timelines and work together around our limited availability during this time.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support of our small business. Thank you for your grace as I focus on healing and getting back on my feet. 🤍

Two milestones in one day is definitely worth two posts! 🦀🎨

We are so excited to announce that we have been accepted as a vendor for the 52nd Annual Mathews Market Days on September 12 & 13, 2026!

This will be our very first vendor event, and we can’t wait to meet so many of you in person. We will have a variety of ready-to-purchase painted banners available, including Birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas designs. We will also be debuting our brand-new plaster figurines!

In addition to our stocked items, we’ll be taking custom banner orders throughout the event, making it the perfect opportunity to reserve your upcoming holiday, birthday, school, sports, and special occasion banners.

As we prepare inventory for Market Days, our availability for July and August is becoming VERY limited. We know summer break has just begun, but now is the perfect time to plan ahead and get your orders on the calendar for:

🎉 MILESTONE ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉

When we painted our very first banner on January 12th, we set a goal of completing 100 banners in our first year of business.

Today, just 6 months later, we’re celebrating 120 completed banner orders with 28 more already on the books for the next two months!

To say we’re grateful would be an understatement. Every order, referral, share, comment, and word of encouragement has helped turn a simple girly dream into something bigger than we ever imagined.

What started as a creative outlet after being working moms all day long has become a blessing for our family, and we couldn’t have reached this milestone without the incredible support of our community. Thank you for trusting us to be a part of your birthdays, businesses, schools, sports teams, celebrations, bridal showers, and special moments.

We’re excited to keep creating, growing, and serving our community and we can’t wait to see what the next six months bring!

This week I (Kinley) will be solo handling 6 banner orders while the other half of CCC is on vacation! Please keep this in mind if I’m a little slower responding to messages this week. Between celebrating my daughter’s first birthday, throwing her party, and painting once my babies are asleep, it’s going to be a busy but special week!
