A big thank you to Tanya Hudson with Paradise Signs and Graphics for hosting our weekly leads group meeting this past Tuesday. Not only did she provide delicious food, but she also gave us a tour of the facility and educated us on the excellent services and products she offers. 5:30 Somewhere Leads Group - No speaker for next week however, new opportunity - Business Speed Networking Workshop!

When: Tuesday, February 11th, 2025 @ 5:30PM
Where: Carib Brewery USA - 200 Imperial Blvd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920

- Don’t forget to bring extra business cards tentatively projected to speed network with each member of the group for approx. 2-3 minutes!

- Guests are encouraged especially if they too would like to promote their business!

- Please let me know if you’re attending a head count will assist in determining the table setup and how many sweet treats I should bring!

My name is Carly, and I'm originally from Michigan! I have a wonderful husband and a sassy ten-year-old daughter, along with a rescue pitbull named Sophia and 9 proud playful hermit crabs. As a family, we love going to Disney, creating memories together while enjoying the magic of the parks! In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time socializing with my friends. Life is all about balance, and I cherish the moments with both my loved ones and personal passions!

Good evening! Happy Halloween! I hope it's all treats this evening! Thank you to all who attended 530 Somewhere Leads Group Tuesday, October 29th! We especially appreciate our visitor, Bill Merrick, of Fin Expeditions (a Guide-Centric Kayak Tour company)! He would like to extend a special coupon code to our group for a 10% discount... use "530" when you make a reservation! This is the same code you can use when making a reservation at Florida Academy of Baking to get a special discount, too!

We heard from MaryAnn Alukonis, with Merritt Square Mall, and enjoyed some exceptional mapping of the mall as she delighted us with an informative overview of the property and insight into the history as well as some recent upgrades and offerings! Did you know they have their own power plant on the back of the mall? It now powers the elaborate water cooling system throughout the roof of the mall to cool the entire facility. Pretty impressive! Stop by for a tour and stay to shop! There are a variety of advertising opportunities as well as short and long-term retail spaces to suit your needs!

* CHRISTMAS PARTY - Wednesday, December 11th (time TBD) at Pineda Inn Bar & Grill (6533 US-1, Rockledge FL 32955) - We will have 2 1-hr Cruises (depending on the number of participants, as each cruise accommodates 23). Please email your RSVPs here so we can keep track and plan accordingly. Cost of Cruise will be $25 per person to be paid directly to Ritche Soliday, Cruise Cocoa. Also, please include a note in your RSVP of your preference to participate in a gift exchange ($25 limit).
