After more than two decades in business operations and leadership, one thing has become clear to me: the strength of a business is often determined by what happens behind the scenes.

I’m Rita Martinez-Ciriaco, Founder & President of Elephant Standard.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how effective leadership, sound processes, and operational accountability can shape a company’s success. I’ve also learned that sustainable growth requires more than ambition. It requires the right operational foundation.

In 2022, I founded Elephant Standard, drawing on my experience in the pre-settlement funding industry dating back to 2005. My goal was to provide companies with experienced operational leadership, strategic oversight, and practical solutions to strengthen their operations and support sustainable growth.

As the industry evolves, so does the way we approach operations—embracing technology, improving workflows, strengthening oversight, and recognizing that sound business decisions still require experienced human judgment.
