This only the first phase. Monthly events will be held to meet, mix and connect. OUR GOAL
To unite all 5,200 Kootenai County small businesses because we’re stronger working together. If there’s one thing we learned during the 2020/21 Covid shutdown was that it’s far better working together than separately. Our goal is to link arms, support each other and even buy from each other. We’ll start the c
ampaign by hand delivering gift bags filled with B2B specials, coupons and samples supplied by businesses who are looking to build new relationships. This “project” is supported by the cities, county and chambers of Kootenai County. The gift bags will be delivered by business owners who support the goals of this campaign. Our mission is to leave no business behind. OPPORTUNITY
Any business owner who wishes to expand their business by developing long-term working relationships/network with other businesses where trust, support, and reciprocal referrals are exchanged, can volunteer to deliver the gift bags. It is through such a network of inner-connectiveness that businesses thrive. This is but the first step in establishing a relationship. We will provide major monthly events and weekly networking opportunities that are designed connect businesses and provide an atmosphere in which you can cement your growing B2B relationships. GROW YOUR BUSINESS BY OFFERING B2B SPECIALS
Every business is also a consumer. By providing a coupon, special or sample and having it delivered in the gift bags to the other 5,200 businesses you'll be enticing new customers to visit and support your business. Not only will your coupon be included in the gift bags but you'll be listed in an online directory along side of all the other participating business. This directory will be promoted extensively. PROJECT UNITE BENEFITS
By uniting together, linking arms and supporting each other, comradeship develops. New and inspired ideas will emerge from within the community that will mitigate much of the financial difficulties normally associated with economic downturns. Meaningful mentorship can be shared amidst the community of participating businesses. We do not have to participate in a national downturn. We are a desirable community with natural resources along with a strong economy. We will launch public campaigns to win the hearts of our consumers to continue supporting local businesses. It is far better to unite and fight together to protect the businesses and community that we love, than to stand by and allow a downturn destroy all that we have worked so hard to create. VOLUNTEERS
Part of building a business is developing relationships and there is no better way than to volunteer in a good cause. Working with other business owners, we need help in compiling a contact list of these 5,200 business, gathering specials from other businesses, filling the gift bags, and delivering the bags. You can be involved in all of the above or at any stage. This is a monumental task, but one well worth the work. COST
This is strictly volunteer. A formal organization may rise from the movement at some time in the future. At this time the only cost is your belief, vision and willingness to support each other. Together, we'll be doing something that has never been done before and this is just the community to do it. TO PARTICIPATE OR TO INQUIRE
