Every day, these dedicated men and women put themselves on the front lines to protect our communities, homes, businesses, and natural resources. Now it's our turn to support them. ❤️

Our Firefighter Support Drive is underway, and we're collecting much-needed items to help local fire crews stay fueled, comfortable, and prepared throughout the wildfire season.

💦 It's back! Our 2nd Annual Sink Your Service Team fundraiser officially launches tomorrow!

This year's fundraiser will benefit Village of Hope CDA, an incredible local organization helping foster youth build a path toward stability, independence, and hope. ❤️

Last year, together, we raised more than $3,500 for Idaho Youth Ranch. This year, we're aiming even higher with a goal of $10,000, and we need your help to get there.

Nominate your favorite Alliant team members, cast your votes, and help decide who takes a seat in the dunk tank on July 23rd. 😄💦

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, it’s important to remember that mental wellbeing deserves attention and support all year long 💚

Working in the employee benefits space, we understand how important access to mental health resources can be for individuals and families. Benefits such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), behavioral health coverage, counseling services, and wellness resources are designed to help provide support during life’s challenges, often extending to family members as well.

For those in the Coeur d’Alene area, local organizations continue to offer valuable mental health support and resources, alongside the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline for immediate assistance.

A reminder to check in with yourself, support those around you, and continue the conversation beyond May.

As we head into another dry summer season in North Idaho, our office is coming together to support the brave firefighters who work tirelessly to protect our communities, families, and local landscapes. 🚒❤️

From June 1st to June 24th, our Coeur d’Alene office will be collecting essential items to help support local fire crews during wildfire season, from hydration and snacks to personal care items, recovery supplies, and support for station families and pets.

In the employee benefits world, we talk often about caring for people and this is one small way we can show appreciation for those who continue showing up for our community during challenging times.

Every donation, big or small, helps make a difference. We’re grateful to be part of a community that always finds ways to support one another. 💙

Our team was proud to host the Convergence of the 11th Annual Petra Community Care event in beautiful Boise, Idaho 🌄 bringing together self-funded employers, partners, and industry leaders focused on improving health outcomes and creating smarter strategies for the future of employee benefits.

What started as a collaboration among Petra Community Care partners has continued to grow into a meaningful space for connection, idea sharing, and real conversations around cost containment, population health, pharmacy strategy, mental health support, and innovative point solutions making an impact for employers today.

From peer-to-peer discussions and real-world case studies to breakout sessions and leadership insights, Convergence is all about learning from one another and building better solutions together 🤝📊 Safe to say, JUMP’s atmosphere may have also encouraged a little extra team spirit along the way 😉🛝
