As summer starts to wind down, we've been reflecting on all the miles, and memories, our Alliant team has made along the way.

Planes? Absolutely. ✈️
Trains? Not quite.
Automobiles? Just about every kind.

From highways and backroads to flights across the region, we've spent the summer doing what we love most: meeting our clients where they are.

Because benefits are about more than plans, rates, and renewals. They're about people. Whether we're sitting across the table, visiting a worksite, hosting an employee meeting, or traveling a few extra miles to get there, our goal remains the same: helping our clients and their employees better understand, appreciate, and share the love of their benefits.

Here's to a summer well traveled and plenty more miles together ahead! ☀️

What a fantastic day at the 2026 Alliant Business Leadership Summit! ✨

Last Friday, we had the opportunity to come together for a day centered around connection, learning, and looking ahead. It was wonderful to spend time with so many colleagues, clients, partners, and industry leaders while exploring important conversations around the future of trust, leading with humanity, leveraging technology, and shaping what’s next.

A special thank you to our incredible speakers Greg Hawks and Adrean Cavener, who shared their time, expertise, and perspectives with us. Your sessions were knowledgeable, engaging, and thought-provoking, and the insights you brought to the room made the day that much more impactful. We truly appreciate each of you for helping create such a meaningful experience for everyone who attended! 👏

Thank you as well to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversations, connections, and energy throughout the day. It was great to step away from our day-to-day routines and spend time learning from, and connecting with, one another.

And, of course, an especially big THANK YOU to our amazing sponsors whose partnership and support helped make the Business Leadership Summit possible:

⭐ Regence BlueShield of Idaho
⭐ Northwest Dental Benefits

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted by the wildfires throughout the local region.

As members of this community, our team at Alliant is committed to supporting our clients, colleagues, neighbors, and their families as our region responds and recovers.

During challenging times, we encourage employees to remember the resources that may already be available through their benefits. Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) can provide confidential support for stress, anxiety, grief, and other emotional challenges, along with assistance for financial concerns, legal questions, and connections to additional community resources.

Additional support may also be available through organizations such as the American Red Cross, Washington 2-1-1, Spokane County Emergency Management, FEMA, and local community organizations offering shelter, emergency assistance, recovery resources, and other services.

At Alliant Idaho, we're here to help our community navigate the resources and support available during difficult times. Please take care of yourselves, your families, and one another.❤️

Reflect. Recognize. Recharge. RISE UP. ✨

Another meaningful quarterly RRR meeting with our team! We took time to reflect on where we’ve been, recognize the people and moments that make a difference, and recharge as we look toward the goals ahead. 💙

A big focus of our conversation was teamwork, connection, and maintaining a continuous growth mindset. By learning from one another, supporting each other, and staying intentional about how we grow together, we continue to strengthen our team and raise the bar. 🚀

Grateful for the conversations, collaboration, and energy this team brings. Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and RISE UP together! 🙌✨

Praying for Our Neighbors

Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the recent wildfires across the Spokane region. We are especially grateful for the firefighters, first responders, and volunteers working tirelessly to protect our communities.

If you or someone you know has been affected, please know that our North Idaho community is here to help. Local organizations, churches, food banks, and community groups throughout the Coeur d'Alene area are working together to provide support for those in need.

Current Local Resources & Relief Efforts:

• Innovia Foundation Wildfire Response Fund: Providing financial support to nonprofit organizations leading immediate relief and long-term recovery efforts across Eastern Washington.
• Rose Creek Longhouse : Open as a safe place for individuals and families displaced by the fires, providing temporary shelter.
• Project Beauty Share : Collecting hygiene and personal care items for wildfire survivors. Their current community drive is helping provide essential products to families impacted by the fires.
• American Red Cross - Help2NW Fund: Emergency shelter, assistance, and recovery services.
• SpokAnimal: Accepting donations and supporting pets and animals displaced by the wildfires.

If you know of additional verified donation drives, supply collections, shelters, or volunteer opportunities, please share them in the comments so we can continue connecting our community with those in need.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with every family, business, and first responder affected during this difficult time. Together, we are stronger.

🐐🧘 Team bonding, but make it unforgettable! ☀️💙

Our team recently traded the office for the great outdoors, kicking off the day with goat yoga. A huge thank you to our yoga instructor Amy with CDA Power Yoga for an incredible session and to PNW Goat Yoga for bringing the cutest yoga partners around! 🐐✨

We wrapped up the adventure aboard the Paddle Pub CDA, taking in the beautiful views of Lake Coeur d'Alene while enjoying plenty of laughs, conversations, and teamwork along the way. 🚲🌊☀️

Experiences like these remind us that the strongest teams aren't just built in the workplace, they're built through shared experiences, genuine connections, and a whole lot of laughter. We are grateful for the opportunity to step away, recharge, and celebrate the incredible people who make our team so special.

Here's to more adventures, stronger connections, and making memories together! 💙

✨ What an unforgettable day at our 2nd Annual Sink Your Service Team event! 💦🎯

First and foremost... THANK YOU! 💙

Because of our communities generosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to rally behind an incredible cause, together we raised more than $6,000 for Village of Hope CDA 🙌🏡

From every donation to every laugh, splash, and cheer, this event was a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with purpose. Your support will make a meaningful difference, and we couldn't have done it without each and every one of you.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, participated, and cheered us on. We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a compassionate and giving community.

Here's to making an impact, having fun, and doing even more good together next year! 💙💧

⏰ 24 HOURS LEFT! 💦

The countdown is on! There are only 24 hours left to support our 2nd Annual Sink Your Service Team fundraiser!

This year, we're proud to support Village of Hope CDA, a North Idaho nonprofit dedicated to transforming the way children experience foster care. Village of Hope bridges the gap between the foster care system and the community by providing practical support, meaningful resources, and encouragement to foster children, foster families, and the professionals who serve them. Their mission is simple: not everyone is called to foster, but everyone can make a difference. 💙

Every donation, big or small, helps support this incredible organization and brings us one step closer to seeing our service team take the plunge!

Thank you to everyone who has already donated and shared our fundraiser. Your generosity is making a real impact for children and families in our community.
