MH Consulting Consultant with a passion for governance and leadership training within non profits. My life's purpose is to inspire and motivate.

I found that I am best in my element when working with visionary businesses and individuals. With over 25 years experience working with, in and for nonprofits, I've learned what it takes to cultivate a successful leadership board and a healthy governance process. My skillset in developing and training on policy/procedure within non profits allows me to identify tactics and tools to aid in forward

momentum in reaching organizational goals. Through one-on-one consulting, board and committee training, and online templates, non profits will gain efficiency within their organization cultivating healthy relationships while maintaining clear boundaries keeping the business running smoothly.
