Description: A Sales Trainee is an entry-level position that begins with warehouse and delivery duties in order to learn about the basics of Electrical Wholesale and our specific products. Trainees then transition into Counter Sales and Inside Sales, interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person at our sales counter; entering and filling customers' orders; and assisting with warehouse work as needed. Once trained, the employee’s opportunities to transition to other roles (including operations, quotations, project management, and/or outside sales) will be determined by the employee’s performance, the needs of theProfit Center, and at the manager’s discretion.

Qualifications:
High school or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a driven self-starter, have a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by
CED now or in the future)
