Hello everyone,

As another snow season approaches, we wanted to share an important update with all of you. Over the past year, our family has experienced some changes. After spending a great deal of time discussing what the future looks like for our family and our business, we have made the difficult decision that we will not be providing residential or commercial snow removal services this season.

This decision was not an easy one. Every one of you has unique needs, and our tractor with the snow blower allowed us to provide services that many others simply couldn't—from steep driveways, to blowing snow far across the yard, to hand shoveling sidewalks down to bare pavement, clearing roofs, and so much more.

Over the years, we've built wonderful relationships with so many of you. It has truly been an honor to serve you and become a small part of your lives. This business has also been a blessing to our family. It gave us the opportunity to work together, communicate as a team, and teach our children the value of hard work—lessons we hope they carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Please know that every one of you has meant more to us than simply being a customer. You have supported our family and helped us build the business we have today, and for that we are incredibly grateful.

We also don't want to leave you without options. Attached are the names of a few individuals and companies we know personally, who do quality work and are trustworthy. We hope they can take great care of you. If you ever find yourself in a pinch, don't hesitate to reach out. While we can't make any promises, we'll do our best to help if we're able.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the many years of trust, loyalty, kindness, and support. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you, and you will always be a part of our family's story.

With sincere appreciation,
CT Snowbusters, LLC
Chris & Crystal Thompson

The picture attached actually happened. It was a sled covered in snow and spent some time trying to cut out of the snow blower.

It shouldn’t be just today, it should be everyday you stop and thank a Veteran or active duty. Because of them, we have our freedom. They sarafice so much and we don’t realize how much we take for granted. Thank you to all that have served in the Air Force, Army, Marines, Navy, Space Force, and Coast Guard. I have a lot of family and extended family that have served.
