A Little Bit of Good News for Ecco! ❤️🐾

We finally have some good news about Ecco! The spots they found on her lungs are not cancer and have been determined to be benign. This means that thankfully, the cancer has not spread. ❤️

Unfortunately, this does mean that Ecco will need to have her leg amputated. As difficult as this is, the surgery will give her more years with us and, once she heals, she should be much more comfortable and have a better quality of life.

Her surgery is scheduled for Thursday, August 27th, and she still needs help reaching her fundraising goal. If you are able to donate or share her story, we would be forever grateful. Every little bit helps and means more to us than we can put into words. ❤️

I am providing an update on owner on Cohocton Paranormal Society recovery progress. I underwent varicocele surgery on February 26th and inguinal robotic hernia surgery on April 13th. Prior to these procedures, I experienced pain while walking, which precluded me from engaging in strenuous activities or heavy lifting, symptoms that began around August 2025. Following extensive testing and consultations with specialists, a hernia was diagnosed, although initial concerns were moderate. Unfortunately, the postoperative period was marked by increased pain for several months. However, I am now experiencing gradual improvement, albeit with limitations on walking long distances. My recovery is expected to take 12 months to complete. I would like to express gratitude to those who supported me during the challenging periods. Although I still experience discomfort, primarily on my left side and stomach, I am optimistic that these issues will resolve once healing is complete. I appreciate the support I have received and acknowledge it. Expected to do a live investigation sometime is October 2026
