Don’t worry we are not out of business we are just restructuring! This has been a very long and hard decision and I will try to keep this post short. We will be discontinuing our sales operations. Moving forward we will only be doing in home/on site service repairs. We will still be offering our amazing customer service for residential and business that you have come to know. We can’t thank everyone enough for the support we have received over these 8 years! It’s not over! Just changing!

What this means:

Approximately by the end of April 2026 we will be selling our building and selling off all of the inventory in stock.

Anyone who has purchased appliances the warranty is still active and we would be happy to continue to repair your appliances if needed.

This decision was not easy but ultimately had to be made due to many different factors. We are honored and feel blessed for everyone who has purchased appliances from us and hope to continue to see you for repairs! We would like to thank the village of Waterford for opening there city to a new brick and motor store and all of the loyal customers and friends we have come to know!

If you receive a call from Fritz Appliances and did not contact us first please hang up the phone! We will never ask for sensitive information and only take payment after repairs have been completed. It seems our office line has been acquired and is “spoofing” we have disconnected the office line and will be using our cell line going forward.
