This year’s Cheese Days Parade was one for the books!

We had an incredible time celebrating America’s 250th Birthday alongside the Colby community. Thank you to our amazing employees, family members, and volunteers who helped make this year’s parade so much fun. We couldn’t have done it without you!

We’re also proud to celebrate alongside Colby Senior Care. While our teams serve our community in different ways, we share one mission—making Colby an even better place to live, work, and call home. ❤️

What a day celebrating Colby Metal’s 40th anniversary and honoring Mark’s retirement on May 15th. Looking through these photos, the biggest thing we feel is gratitude—for the employees who have shown up day after day, the customers and vendors who have trusted us, and the community that has supported us since 1986.

One of the most meaningful parts of this milestone was our 40th anniversary emblem. The signature-style “Colby Metal” was created using Mark’s own handwriting, making it a fitting tribute to the person who helped build Colby Metal from the ground up. It serves as a reminder that behind 40 years of growth, quality, and success are the people, relationships, and values that got us here.

Colby Metal has always been more than a building and machines. It’s the people who stayed late to get orders out, trained the next person, solved problems together, and built relationships that lasted decades. Mark helped create that culture, and his impact will continue long after his retirement.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, shared stories, and helped make the day special. We are proud of the last 40 years, thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey, and excited for the future ahead.

So proud of Big Cat for stepping up to help make a difference for Roman—this is what community is all about. ❤️

Mrs. Hinker's student, Roman, required AFO braces, which can sometimes be tricky to put on. So she asked Mr. Hinker to help and build a stand that would make putting braces on easier. Mr. Hinker is the plant manager at Colby Metal and graciously donated the materials to make the stand. Roman is able to get out to recess quickly now! Thank you, Colby Metal!
