Katelyn Marie (née Conwell) Heine, 31, of Florence, passed away on November 23, 2025.
Daughter to Kevin Girard and Cara Conwell, Katie devoted her life to caring for others. She served passionately as a nurse in the NICU at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where her compassion touched countless families.
Katie was a loving and devoted wife, whose greatest joy was her family. She was a member of 7 Hills Church in Florence and found peace in the outdoors—especially fishing with her husband. She cherished opportunities to travel and explore new places whenever she could.
She is preceded in death by her beloved step-daughter, Audree Heine. Grandparents Jan and Bob Conwell.
She is survived by her husband Brad Heine. Son; Noah William Heine and her parents. Sister; Melissa (Austin) Conwell. As well as Grandparents; William and Sue Green. Also a host of cousins and relatives. In laws; Bill and Debbie Heine. Sister in law; Melissa Heine.
Katelyn’s warmth, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 3-6pm. Service will begin at 6pm. Burial will be private to the family. Cooper Funeral Home is serving the family.
