We’re Hiring: Line Operators

Future Polytech is growing, and we’re looking for Line Operators to join our team! We currently have opportunities available on both first and second shift with a 2-2-3 schedule, meaning you’ll work just 15 days per month.

First Shift: Starting at $18.30/hour
Second Shift: Starting at $19.30/hour

Investing in our team means investing in their continued growth.
Future Polytech recently welcomed representatives from Wright State University Lake Campus for a visit to learn more about our organization, our operations, and the career opportunities within our growing team.
We were joined by Suzanne Batten, Assistant Director of Career Engagement and Success, along with Nick Myers, a current Tooling U participant, and members of the Future Polytech team.
Future Polytech is currently utilizing Tooling U, a skills-development program that combines self-paced online coursework with opportunities for hands-on learning, to help further develop the skills of our maintenance team members.
Partnerships like these allow us to invest in the people already helping us grow while also building connections with the next generation of manufacturing talent.
And we'll be continuing that connection soon! Future Polytech will be at the Wright State University Lake Campus Fall Career & Internship Fair on October 13. Stop by our booth to meet the team, learn more about Future Polytech, and explore available career opportunities.

This past Friday, Future Polytech had another great opportunity to connect with the next generation of our workforce!
Thank you to Tri Star Career Compact for hosting the 2026 Fall Job Fair on September 25 and welcoming the Future Polytech team.
We enjoyed connecting with students, alumni, and community members to share more about who we are, what we do, and the career opportunities available at Future Polytech as we continue to grow.
Building relationships with local students and educators is an important part of investing in our community and introducing the next generation to careers in manufacturing.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team. We look forward to continuing to grow our relationship with Tri Star and returning for the Winter Career Fair in February!

Last week Future Polytech had the opportunity to facilitate an Employer Information Session at Tri Star Career Compact in Celina, Ohio.



Krishna Dodeja, Process Engineering Manager, and Paula Fleming, HR Business Partner, were able to speak with the Junior and Seniors in programs related to our industry about our product, business, and career opportunities. It’s an amazing experience to see students get excited about our company and realize the career opportunities at Future Polytech!



We look forward to growing our relationship with Tri Star and working with their amazing students and educators!

Community has always been at the heart of who we are.

Future Polytech had a wonderful time participating in the Coldwater Community Picnic Parade alongside the Coldwater Chamber of Commerce. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the community that has welcomed us and supported our continued growth.

As a proud family-owned business, we couldn't think of a better village to grow our organization in.

A special thank you to our incredible team members who volunteered their time to hand out candy and Chamber of Commerce-sponsored bags. Your enthusiasm and community spirit made the day even more memorable.
