Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone—Ron Luce and his 45th anniversary with SEKISUI Voltek!

Ron began his career as an Extrusion Operator, gaining firsthand experience on the production floor before moving into Process Engineering as a technician. Through years of hard work, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement, he advanced into his current role as Process Engineering Manager.

Over the past 45 years, Ron has helped drive innovation, improve our manufacturing processes, and mentored countless teammates along the way. His dedication and in depth knowledge of our foam and the process to make it have made a lasting impact on our company.

Today we're celebrating Chris Kidd and his 20 year anniversary with SEKISUI Voltek! 🎉

Chris joined the team as a Process Engineer, building a strong foundation in our products before transitioning to the Sales team in 2009. Since then, he has grown into his role as Sales Manager, where he's built lasting customer relationships by taking the time to understand each customer's challenges and helping them find the right solutions.

Please join us in celebrating Jarrod Blair on an incredible 35 years with SEKISUI Voltek!

Jarrod's career is a great example of the opportunities that come with dedication and hard work. He began his journey in Production, where he built a strong foundation in our manufacturing process. Over the years, he took on leadership roles as both Foaming Manager and Warehouse Manager, helping guide key areas of our operation.

Today, Jarrod is a valued member of our Sales team, where his decades of hands-on experience and deep product knowledge to help customers find the right solutions every day.
