Over the past few weeks I’ve built and deployed several internal automations that are now running inside SRS Tech Services:
• Computer Sales Automation – When a computer is sold, the system automatically tracks the customer, sets follow-up timers, and triggers a 30-day check-in to ensure everything is running smoothly. No more forgotten follow-ups.
• Welcome to SRS Tech Email Automation – When a new client is onboarded, they automatically receive a professional welcome email outlining what services they have, what to expect, and how to reach support. Clean. Immediate. Consistent.
• RMM Reconciliation & Maintenance Reporting Automation – This one is my favorite. It automatically compares my billing system with my remote management platform to make sure every active client is actually protected. Then it generates a professional monthly maintenance summary showing patch compliance, security posture, and system health. If something doesn’t match? It alerts me.
All self-hosted. All automated. All running behind the scenes.
This is the direction I want SRS Tech to go — not just fixing computers, but building systems that are proactive, accountable, and scalable.
