This is NOT true. Fibercast has not been sold or acquired by any other company. No other company is authorized to represent us or act on our behalf.

Please be aware:
• Fibercast has NOT been sold or acquired
• We will never send door-to-door salesmen to switch your service without prior notice
• Do not provide personal or account information to anyone who shows up at your door claiming to represent another company taking over your service

If anyone approaches you claiming Fibercast has been purchased, please call us directly to verify. Do not share your account details with anyone at your door.

NETWORK MAINTENANCE NOTICE

FiberCast will be performing necessary network maintenance today between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

During routine monitoring, we identified an issue that we will be repairing proactively to help prevent future service interruptions. Customers may experience brief intermittent service during the maintenance window while this work is completed.

Thank you for your patience as we continue working to keep the network reliable.

Eversource reporting an outage in the area as well and estimates return of service by 6:15pm

We are aware of an outage in the Stratford and Columbia. This is due to a brush fire in that area.
We have techs on their way to work on this, but service will most likely be out for several hours as we do repairs.
