Meet our Summer Intern team! They have been helping us out during our busy summer: Prem Mehta (left), Ryan De Alwis (middle), and Matt Fodera (right).

Prem (left) is a rising sophomore aerospace engineering major at Virginia Tech and Matt (right) is a Senior mechanical engineering major at the University of Maryland. They have been helping out the engineering team with various tasks including design modifications, designing a Plug & Play battery system for our ground control station.

Ryan (middle) is a rising Senior business management major at the University of Maryland that is helping out with Airgility's marketing efforts, including social media, shooting drone footage, and creating promotional material.

On June 9th the University of Maryland Alumni Association hosted more than 250 alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends for the 3rd annual EnTERPreneur Conference. It was an uplifting, inspiring, and overall energizing day filled with enlightening sessions, panel conversations, a packed resource fair, and a fun showcase of startups. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this a memorable event!

A big congratulations to Lauren Foundos, David Quattrone, and Airgility's very own Co-Founders Pramod Raheja and Evandro Gurgel Valente for being recognized as the Alumni Excellence Awardees!

Join us on June 4th to hear our Co-Founder and CEO Pramod Raheja discuss AI/Autonomy for Unmanned Aerial Robotics at DAX. Pramod will explore topics related to how AI & Autonomy plays a role in aerial robotics, as well as the difference between automation and autonomy.

DAX is Maryland’s new premier data conference focused on data science, analytics, and data exploration. Pramod will speak among fellow engineers, data scientists, analytic developers, and business leaders to discuss other topics related to data, analytics, and exploration.

The conference will be in person at UMBC on June 4th and will include a terrific lineup of speakers, a full day of food, and an evening of cocktails and networking.
