The Maryland Department of Social and Economic Mobility (DoSEM) is hosting Ready, Set, GROW!, a free Procurement Connections Workshop on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at MGM National Harbor.
This in-person event is designed to help small, disadvantaged, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses access government contracting opportunities. Attendees will connect face-to-face with the agencies and procurement officers responsible for billions of dollars in annual contracting activity by Maryland State regulated entities.
State contracting is one of the strongest paths to business growth, and this workshop is built to make that path more accessible. It gives Maryland business owners direct access to the people who award contracts, along with the information they need to compete.
Ready, Set, GROW! reflects our mission at DoSEM to build an economic mobility ecosystem where businesses grow, residents thrive, and communities prosper.
