Heavy rainfall is finally in the forecast for the Brazos Valley. We’re ready for more rain, but is your HVAC prepared?

Your outdoor unit is built for the rain, but here are a few things to keep an eye on in case we get heavier storms:

⚡️ Watch for standing water around your outdoor unit - if flooding reaches your unit, don’t try to inspect or operate it yourself. Give us a call.

⚡️ check for storm debris once the weather clears - make sure leaves, branches, and other stuff hasn’t piled up around your unit once it’s safe to check.

⚡️ pay attention after power outages or lightening - if your system isn’t cooling normally, keeps tripping a breaker, or sounds different, don’t keep resetting it, just give us a call.
