Laura took her time to try to figure out what was wrong with my oven. She trouble shooted the problem a few ways, sent video to her boss to ask his opinion and looked up prices for the replacement parts to give an accurate price of the potential repair. We ended up deciding to not repair it but to put the money into a new oven. I appreciated the honesty of Laura and her boss to explain that the repair still might not solve the problem.
