Friday, I had the pleasure of serving as the keynote speaker at the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Texas conference in beautiful San Antonio. I also spoke at the student pre-conference. I told the attendees that I greatly admired and valued their work being a mother of five. The participants were practitioners, researchers, and advocates of women's health, childbearing, and neonatal health.

The TAMU Corps of Cadets has amazing leaders and young leaders who have a keen awareness and a heart for developing resilience for everyone in the organization. It was a pleasure speaking on practical resilience-building strategies yesterday.

I bought counting bracelets for my clients in a Resilience@WORK group coaching program I ran for faculty and staff. These counting bracelets are for tracking goals. You basically move a bead over when you do the action needed for your goal.

I had a wonderful time providing training to the SUCCESS...powered by YOU! team. In 1.5 days were covered better teaming using their Mind Dynamix profiles. Three wonderful working agreements emerged for them to be even higher performing. Topic 2 was coach training for those who will be coaching 18-24-year-olds, who are served by this amazing grant. This was an incredible group who have lots of heart. Not everyone is pictured...but you know who you are...honored to have worked with you this week!

This was my first time giving a keynote in-person since our lives were disrupted. I don't think I stopped smiling throughout the presentation. I was able to share this special day with the perfect group.

Today was such a gift! I was able to learn from the #1 Coach in the World and #1 Leader Developer. I have always wanted to meet Marshall Goldsmith. This was thanks to the excellent training provided to us, the leadership coaches at the Rice University Doerr Institute for New Leaders.
