Bullies come in all shapes, sizes, and colors and there are some things you can do to protect yourself from becoming a victim.
1. Tell someone, no matter how old you are, tell someone about the bully, who it is and what they are doing.
2. File a police report, if for no other reason to have documentation.
3. Find out about your bully, find out where they are from, people who know them, their background. If someone is bullying you, you can almost bet they have bullied someone else.
4. Besides the physical part, there is mental abuse that goes with Bullying, keep a diary of things as they happen, times and dates as it progresses.
5. Don't try to match words with your bully, just slowly and quietly gather your information and make your reports.
This is abuse whether it be a family member, coworker, an EX, an acquaintance or a neighbor and it can be mental or physical.
Violence, Abuse, Abuse

The Flim/Flam…..
Say you pay your bill online on the 20th of every month. Two days after that payment came out of your bank account you get a text message and it says that your payment due date is the 20th of the month do you wish to make a payment. (What it really means do you want to make another payment for resources not yet used.) And you are thinking about the next payment and sure you want it to go through on the 20th of the next month. No matter what you think the payment is now coming two days after the last payment right out of your account and there is nothing you think you can do about it. And the company that did this to you wants you to believe you can’t do anything about it. Call your bank and dispute this transaction because they are taking it out a month early. Then the bad company will send you a letter threatening to cut off your electricity, which they can’t do because you aren’t late, they were trying to charge you on something you hadn’t used yet and so you are not behind. I don’t know when the city has gotten so blood thirsty, but they are, there is no one to talk to if a mistake is made either by you are them. Remember there is always something you can do, don’t despair and don’t feel overwhelmed, they are counting on that, stay calm and tell everyone you know what is happening. Because the city can make up it’s own rules in the city council meetings all rules go in favor of the city and may not be illegal but certainly aren’t for the good of all. Thank God for free speech.

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The Texas Department of Criminal Justice admitted Monday that a correctional officer misplaced a gun at St. Joseph Hospital early Friday morning. The weapon has still not been located.

According to a statement from TDCJ, at approximately 12:30 a.m. Friday a “correctional officer noticed a weapon was misplaced.” TDCJ said the on-duty staff notified the Bryan Police Department security at the hospital as well as TDCJ administration.

TDCJ believes the weapon is not at the hospital, but did not detail whether the weapon was stolen. “A full search was conducted and the weapon was not recovered,” the statement reads.

“The correctional officer has been relieved of duty pending disciplinary,” the statement reads.

KBTX first learned about the lost gun Friday afternoon but was told by hospital communication staff there was an active investigation that led to heightened security out of caution. When KBTX learned TDCJ staff was on scene we asked the agency for comment.

TDCJ Deputy Director of Communications Hannah Haney referred our questions to St. Joseph’s communications team and did not reply when asked specifically about the missing weapon. Bryan police told KBTX Friday afternoon they were unaware of any situation at the hospital.

On Monday, KBTX followed up, asking TDCJ for an on-camera interview about why our questions on Friday were directed to a non-governmental organization without knowledge or background in the handling of fi****ms. Additionally, we requested details about the missing gun and search, including why TDCJ chose to wait multiple days before a public acknowledgment of the missing weapon. Those questions are provided in their entirety in the image below.

KBTX’s interview request was ignored, but TDCJ sent a statement side-stepping many of those questions on Monday evening at 4:55 p.m.

Below is the complete statement from TDCJ Director of Communications Amanda Hernandez provided to KBTX Monday evening.

“On September 22, 2023, a team of three correctional officers were on watch at the St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Bryan as an inmate received medical treatment. At approximately 12:30 a.m., a correctional officer noticed a weapon was misplaced. The on-duty TDCJ staff notified the Bryan Police Department security at the hospital as well as TDCJ administration. TDCJ worked with the hospital, local law enforcement and Office of the Inspector General to search for the weapon. A full search was conducted and the weapon was not recovered. At this time, the weapon is still missing and believed to not be at the hospital. The correctional officer has been relieved of duty pending disciplinary.”

On its website, TDCJ says it “shall maintain a position of cooperation and responsiveness in informing the media concerning TDCJ operations and accomplishments” and that the agency’s actions “shall reflect this position.”

KBTX filed six separate Texas Public Information Act requests on Monday with TDCJ seeking clarity to the questions the agency chose not to answer.

TDCJ update: Instead of releasing an inmate after they were told they would be released after they completed a Federally Funded course in which TDCJ get a hefty little sum for each referred inmate. To keep the beds warm and the taxpayers dollars coming in the inmates are not being released but are being taken to other prisons to fill beds . TDCJ says it's a privilege to gain parole but according to the law they have to come up to review, what I disagree with is that outside eyes should see who comes up for parole, not the enforcement entity. And this should be done in a timely manner and as soon as the inmate completes his course he should be released after all, they are taking the course as part of their release, so they have been paroled, so LET THEM OUT. (Big ole shout out to Ken Paxton, TDCJ lost a good friend in him but Texans won big, getting the corruption out of the system is paramount.

Some lawyers are calling a protective order/restraining order a Civil Injunction, just to take the sting out of. It is and will always be a protective order/restraining order with all the bells and whistles. Read it carefully and be aware.

Private Investigation Top to Bottom is about investigations, the how to's, and to help out if I can.

The City of Austin, where no one answers the phone and they don't return messages. How can a city entity work that way???? The answer is they can't.

It's time we hold the lawyers accountable for overcharging for trials and then plea deal before the trial and keep the money. For judges making lawyers hurry up and force a plea deal. And lawyers bending the truth a little to get the client to sign. For shame.

Why is it if courtrooms are to be equal justice for all, then why do the county attorneys and district attorney have offices in the courthouse, shouldn't they be at the police department? Seems like that's not fair to the attorneys that have to pay for their own buildings. Just seems as though regular attorneys do not have access to judges like the DA or CA's offices. Just saying.

When a person hires a lawyer, which the laws have made it essential these days and that lawyer is paid to DEFEND you, yet that lawyer goes into a back room with the opposing side and tells that person, "I have a deal for you". Why didn't that person get to go to the back room as well, after all it's their money.

Working on a medical case now and you can find out a lot of information through https://www.tmb.state.tx.us/page/complaints which is the Texas Board complaints and lots more information. We will not break any HIPPA laws but we will investigate the care an elderly man has received, or the lack of care, Medicare participation. And then surveillance as we walk through his shoes and we see what he goes through. You may be interested in asking questions or see something that you would like to be investigated more. Once I condense the facts I should have the case in by Monday of next week, Dec 12, 2022, Tuesday the latest. (Stay turned).
