Last but not least is our wonderful President Jessie Hainley! Jessie is a senior finance major from Brownsville, TX. She is also a member of Chi Omega, Business Fellows Group 40 and Senior Fellows Group 41, Titans of Investing Group 34, and the recruitment coordinator for Business Honors Office Staff. She interned at PwC last summer and signed on full time to work in Finance Transformation Consulting at the New York office. Her favorite 180 memory is organizing the first ever end-of-semester Deliverable Night last year and getting to celebrate all of our members’ hard work on their projects! Her why 180 is “I joined 180DC during the fall semester of my sophomore year when I was unsure of where I wanted my career path to go and wanted to look deeper into consulting. When I saw that members get real client experience working with non-profits I was sold and have been hooked ever since” and her reason for joining exec and becoming the president was “Our executive team is full of fun, driven, intelligent, passionate, and incredibly kind individuals - the people, our purpose, and our impact are what drives me to work hard for this organization.”

Next we have our Executive of Internal Affairs, Adam Hedman! Adam is a senior Industrial & Systems Engineering and Economics double major from Colorado Springs, CO. He is also a member of Student Engineering Council and has previously been involved in SAIL, Fish Camp, and Student Senate. After graduating, he hopes to work at an engineering or consulting firm. Adam joined 180 to learn about a field outside of the engineering world and gain awareness of nonprofit needs, and his favorite memory has been serving as Executive of Internal Affairs this year, with the goal of increasing membership and encouraging member involvement to make the 180 culture the best it can be.

Next up is our Executive of External Affairs, Reuben Varghese! Reuben is a senior Mechanical Engineering major and is also involved in GENTS of Texas A&M on campus. Reuben’s favorite 180DC memory is winning trivia with the exec team! He will be interning at Accenture this upcoming summer in their Chicago location. Reuben joined the 180 DC exec team because wanted to grow as a leader and give back to the organization and local nonprofits.

It’s time to move onto to our chairs, starting with our Executive of Client Affairs Robert Hough, a senior economics major. Robert also does work as a consumer insights contractor outside of 180. He plans on going into consulting post-grad. His favorite memory from 180 is the poker nights we had last semester! When asked why he joined 180, he said “I have been in love with consulting since I discovered it, and my prior experience with nonprofits made 180 a perfect fit. He then joined the exec team because “I have never been a part of a more exceptional group of people, so naturally I wanted to be as involved as I possibly could!”
