As mPact Consulting Partners expands our services to include Educational Consulting and Recruiting, I’m excited to serve organizations as more than just a consultant. I’m here to be a thought partner.

My leadership philosophy has always been rooted in people. I believe in accountability without micromanagement, growth without losing the human side of leadership, listening before assuming, and developing people rather than creating dependence on the person at the top.
That same philosophy is at the heart of how I approach consulting. It’s not about coming in with all the answers. It’s about coming alongside you to help find the right ones.
