So many conversations go into creating beautiful and functional spaces for our clients. Sometimes it can appear to effortlessly come together, which is the goal. The truth is, our clients allow interruption into their lives, strangers into their homes, and agree to trust us to get them to a goal they are unable to reach on their own. Having a fireplace in the dining room is absolutely dreamy. But this one was feeling tired and ready for a fresh new face. A gorgeous marble surround paired with deep, dramatic color on the mantle helps it take center stage once again. Textured basketweave wallpaper with the slightest hint of blue keeps this formal space feeling just casual enough to host both kids and grandparents at the same table for a special meal together.
