With only a few small strips of leftover fabric, we were able to add just the right touch of detail to this throw pillow. And the blush lumbar pillow that came with a chair of the same color? Well, it got a facelift too. A little green trim detail and now it doesn’t blend into the background. Lesson here—think outside the box and waste nothing! ✂️

From dark and dated → bright, fresh, and ready for real life. Now it’s a space that is ready to serve a family that’s always on the move—keeping meals healthy and the day moving.

We lightened things up with painted cabinets, fresh hardware, new countertops, a hardworking sink + faucet, updated backsplash, layered lighting, and stools ready for quick bites between games.

Proof that thoughtful design isn’t just pretty… it shows up for your real life.

Side note: finding the right white in this kitchen was no small task. Our usual go-to favorites leaned a little too yellow or a little too blue in this space—reminder that lighting and surroundings change everything.

It’s exactly why we always recommend a full paint consultation before finalizing such an important investment.
