I can't say enough good things about Mike and the team at Park Lane Insurance Advisors.

After more than 20 years with one of the largest insurance companies in the country, I was pretty surprised when they decided to drop me out of nowhere. In all those years, I had only filed one claim after hitting a deer nearly 20 years ago. I figured being a loyal, low-maintenance customer for that long would count for something, but apparently not!

That experience pushed me to look at other options, and I'm really glad it did.

Working with Park Lane has been a completely different experience. They actually answer the phone, they're genuinely friendly, and they're just good people to work with. Mike and his team took the time to walk me through multiple options, answered all my questions, and handled all the back-and-forth so I didn't have to. That's a big deal to me. I don't want to spend my time chasing down insurance companies or sorting through paperwork, and they've made the entire process incredibly easy.

The best part is that we're now saving well over $1,000 a year on our insurance. I honestly wish I had made the switch years ago.

It's nice to find a company that still values relationships and takes care of the little things without being asked. Huge thanks to Mike and everyone at Park Lane for looking out for me and my family. You guys have earned a long-term customer!
