The Pioneers of Insight Podcast The Pioneers of Insight features deep dive interviews and stories about the wipeouts and recoveries of influential people. Hi, my name is Jerry. Just listen up.

I am the proud dad of an amazing boy named Gus who happens to have Down Syndrome, a family guy, podcast host, and founder of an online media company focused on inspiring people to go big. Basically, I create stuff to help people discover their superpowers. Besides being a coach, entrepreneur, and therapist, I’ve done some other things people tend to find interesting, like cared for dolphins and K

iller Whales, guided young men in the wilderness, and survived the real but temporary humiliation of washing out of the US Navy SEALS. I’ve also done plenty of things people don’t find interesting at all, like painted houses, catered to minor celebrities, cranked out financial news copy, and cold-called people like crazy during their family dinner times. I have also had some epic failures and big breakthroughs too. But looking back I know all of it was exactly what I needed to be here right now living my amazing life. So, why am I doing this? The short version is I am here to show you the impossible is possible. Yes, I know, you hear that all the time. At different points in my life I had to overcome what appeared to be seemingly impossible challenges. Visualize situations in which you could never have prepared for or dream up- those kind of challenges. Hard situations. However, each time I dusted myself off I discovered something amazing. I had become a better version of me! I had activated a new power within myself I had no idea had even existed! Anyway, later in my life I understood that these “hard situations” had simply gotten me in touch with what is at the core of everyone of us – greatness. I learned through each of these experiences to never buy into any b.s. story, either mine or anybody else’s, about what is possible in this life. I know now that we are all capable of truly amazing things. So here I am now where I I have made it my mission to plug good people like you into the stories of people that have learned to thrive through adversity. I call these folks LIONS. These people are both great leaders AND teachers. They have overcome seemingly impossible challenges, and in the proccess, discovered how to succeed by sharing their greatness with the world. So there you go. I created an entire brand based on the insights, tools, and strategies of people whose success has come by way of greatness.
