We have noticed in the last few months some large companies trying to move into this area to undercut our prices, and we are asking you to try and stay with us. They are, as a large (corporate)business, just trying to push our small business out of the way so they can charge you whatever they want and lock you into a contract so you have no option. We encourage you to look at their reviews online. We are always working to our best abilities to keep our prices down, especially when everything else is going up. But we hope that you will understand and stay with us because you are not just another customer to us. You are family. You are not supporting a big business; you are helping to keep a small business alive.

Due to a medical emergency involving one of our drivers this morning, we have experienced a delay in our schedule for today, Tuesday, March 3. We will be completing this route by tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently broke down due to the extreme cold and trying to get the truck back up and running please bear with us.

We have decided to resume trash collection tomorrow, Thursday, 01/29/2026, after the snowstorm. Please go ahead and have your trash out starting tonight for pickup. At this point, we will be starting on our Monday route tomorrow. We may combine routes, so please everyone (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday routes) ensure to have your cans out tonight Wednesday 01/28/2026 and with easy access to our workers. There may be places that we still cannot access, and we are sorry for that inconvenience. We will try to resume regular service next week if at all possible due to the new storm coming to our area.

We have decided not to send the trucks out tomorrow, Wednesday, 01/28/2026. The roads are still in rough shape, with a lot of roads not being able to be serviced due to their conditions.
We are sorry for the continued inconvenience to our customers. We hope conditions will improve soon.
