A little preparation on your end can go a long way toward making trash pickup safe and smooth all season long. Here are some simple tips:

1. Keep your trash cans accessible. Try to place them in a visible, cleared area away from snowbanks or icy patches. Clear snow and ice from around your bins
and place them in a visible area near the curb or road.

2. Avoid blocking cans with vehicles or snow piles. Our trucks need space to lift and empty bins safely.

3. Secure your lids. High winds and snow can scatter debris, so make sure lids are closed tight after use.

We appreciate every customer who takes a few minutes to prepare their bins, it helps us keep service on track for everyone in the community.
