- Guide tasks, flow and problem-solve during volume shifts
- Build and improve team culture and management
- Hire, train, schedule and develop Ola juice Bar staff
- Identify and coordinate training and continued education opportunities
- Write, read, and follow up on shift and incident reports
- Oversee clock-ins and communicate appropriately with payroll team
- Establish consistency and improve efficiency and systems where appropriate
- Order product and develop relationships with distributors
- Ensure inventory is complete and accurate and account for waste or lost product
- Participate in tastings and menu development
- Oversee quality control
- Meet with team regularly, implement performance reviews, improvement plans and terminate employees when necessary

Requirements:
- 2 years management experience
- World class hospitality & service standards
- Charismatic
- Solution-oriented
- Proven ability to manage labor cost
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Inventory tracking & ordering experience
- Excellent teacher
- Excellent communicator

Duties and Responsibilities

General/Miscellaneous:
• Providing reports and information to the owners
• Preparing accounting entries and ensure they presented accurately, correctly and in accordance with GAAP
• Ensure that the day to day accounting tasks are completed in accordance with company policy
• Research and preparation of sales tax returns
• Collecting W-9s and preparation of 1099's
• Assisting with digital uploads and organization of past and present documents into company software
• Attendance of meetings
• Enter Accounts Payable
• Cash flow forecasting
• Assistance in merchant services changes and updates
• Reconciliation of cash and receipts

Financial Statements:
• Preparing financial statements and ensure they presented accurately, correctly and in accordance with GAAP
• Adjusting journal entries
• Asset tracking, depreciation
• Tracking loans and capital leases, adjusting interest/principal amounts
• Review accounting entries for errors

Payroll:
• Review payroll for accuracy
• Bi-Weekly processing of payroll
• Calculate and remit wage garnishments
• Research employment law to remain current for payroll processing
• Direct Deposit adds/changes
• Maintaining payroll records
• Collecting and maintaining employee documentation

Work with CPA:
• Prep of info for corporate tax returns

Qualifications

• Ability to keep company information confidential and safeguard the company
• Ability to track historical data and prepare financial statements
